A Sacred Duáa Workshop for Muslim Women

Duáa is more than words, it is the return of the heart to its Source, and the request of the soul to the One who never turns away.

In this free online gathering, inspired by ‘The Power of Du’aa’ by Aliyah Umm Raiyaan’s which didn’t just shift my thinking it changed how I lived it; it came to me when my heart was distant, and al‑hamdulillah, ever since it has deepened my trust in Allah ﷻ. Now in this circle, I share that same spiritual refuge not as a lecture, but as an invitation to reconnect, belong, and call upon Him with certainty and presence.

What We’ll Cover:

• One’s beliefs and self-worth in relation to making duáa

• Understanding duáa as a form of worship and surrender

• Cultivating presence and sincerity when supplicating

• Guided journaling exercises to help articulate your duáa

• Heart postures and etiquettes from the Qurán and Sunnah

• Honest reflections on spiritual longing and divine timing

For sisters who wish to explore this work more personally, I will be offering three exclusive 1:1 coaching spots in November and December 2025 insha’Allah.

This will be a 6-week private program focused on deepening your connection to du’aa, refining your inner intentions, and building a heart-centred relationship with Allah ﷻ in a safe, gentle, and personalized space.

Details will be shared during the workshop, and spaces will be offered with reflection and du’aa.
