Spiritual Footsteps of Istanbul 2025 Pilgrimage Terms & Conditions

 1) The Pilgrimage rate You are paying encompasses the following: 

• Boutique hotel in Istanbul

• All ground transportation

• Daily breakfast

• 3 group dinners

• 3 group lunches

• Teachings and reflections

• Authentic, divine and ritual experience

• Various forms of Artistic Workshops

• Admission to sacred sites, museums and sacred guided walks

• Ample of time to wander and sit in stillness on your own

• Welcome gift bag

• More magical surprises as the journey uncovers

2) The Pilgrimage Rate you are paying excludes flights, visa requirements, travel insurance needs, and any additional expenses you may incur during your stay.

 3) Early Bird Rates apply to payments made in full on or before 30 November 2024 and Late to the Party Rates apply to payments made after 30 November 2024 with the closing date on 28 February 2025. 

 4) To save your spot on the pilgrimage, payments are made in full.  (Please take note of changes in rates according to payment timing). 

5) Payments are accepted via Bank Transfer. Any Bank transfer/exchange rate charges will be borne by You. 

6) Please be advised that we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness. Opting out of any part of the retreat program does not entitle you to partial reimbursement.

In the event of your withdrawal from the retreat, regardless of the reason, the following cancellation policy will be applied, and no exceptions will be made.

If You cancel, 

- 90 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive 85% of your payment, where 15% will be considered as a non-refundable deposit. 

- 30-89 days prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive 50% of your payment

- 0-29 days prior to the start of the retreat, no refund will be given. You may however, transfer your spot to a friend or relative, subject to notifying me about your replacement. 

While I genuinely wish to provide compensation for unforeseen circumstances such as injuries or family emergencies, being a small business requires me to honor commitments made to hotels, flights, and planners. Unfortunately, I am unable to make any exceptions to the stated cancellation policy.

7) In the unlikely event where I cancel a Pilgrimage from my end, you are entitled to a refund for any payments you have made to me in advance. I will not, however, be able to compensate you for airfare or other travel expenses incurred and encourage you to take out travel insurance to protect yourself against illness, emergencies and changes in your circumstances.
